UK deliveries:
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95, express delivery is £5.95 (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) depending on weight, size and value. The correct postage option will show in your basket. Exceptions to this include heavy and large items which will have to go via our Parcel Force courier service. Free Postage is applicable on any order of £75.00 and above (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
- Your order, once received, will be despatched within one working day.
- Orders received after 2pm are despatched the next working day.
- We do not deliver to BFPOs.
Additional information:
- We use the various Royal Mail Services.
- Our primary courier, when applicable, is Parcel Force.
- Whilst we will do our very best, backlogs may occur with us and/or our delivery companies, especially over the festive period, so deliveries may take an extra 1-2 working days, if this happens, we sincerely apologise.
