The Hardy Ultralite Fly Rod is a four piece fly rod designed with Sintrix NSX technology for an unbelievable lightweight and enhanced responsiveness for unparalleled feel and control.
A wide range of lengths and AFTM ratings to suit light river fishing and for bigger reservoir fishing. The rods feature Sintrix NSX which is based on Hardy’s industry famous Sintrix technology.
The Sintrix NSX ultilises the same technolocy as before but now includes a combined, secondary classified additive that allows much lower pre-preg weights to be achieved. This lightweight material keeps the blank light in weight whilst maintaining the overall strength and resulting in more responsiveness. This allows fishers to feel the line better during casting giving improved handling and control. The reel seat is designed to move more of the rods weight percentage to provide improved in-hand balance.
Each rod is fitted with ceramic lined titanium recoil guides and the reel seat is laser engraved with the line size. Supplied with it’s own premium Hardy rod tube.
